Terms & Conditions — 999bk Platform

999bk is an online betting and casino information platform operated for users in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. The platform provides access to sports betting markets, live casino games, slot titles and associated informational content. All platform content is published in English.

999bk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed under any Pakistani government authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. These Terms apply to all users accessing the platform regardless of location, device or access method.

References to payment methods on this platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are made as familiar local examples only. Such references do not constitute endorsement of gambling services by those providers, nor do they imply any formal partnership or support arrangement with 999bk.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" — the 999bk website accessible at https://999bk.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "Player" / "User" — any natural person who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform.
• "Account" — the unique registered account created by a Player, enabling access to platform features and financial transactions.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money staking activity placed through the Platform, including sports bets, casino games and slot play.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Funds" — money deposited by the Player using a payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a player-initiated restriction that prevents access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the primary reference currency for amounts discussed in these Terms where applicable.

To register and maintain an active account on 999bk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's licence conditions — whichever is greater.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of 999bk or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order with 999bk or any operator to which 999bk is connected.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All accounts must be operated solely by the registered account holder using their own personal funds.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. 999bk reserves the right to verify this information at any stage and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photographic identification (CNIC, passport or equivalent);
• Proof of address issued within the past three (3) months;
• Source-of-funds documentation where the Platform's compliance team deems it necessary;
• Payment method verification documents confirming ownership of the deposit method used.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 999bk reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of enhanced due diligence where applicable. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent documentation constitutes a serious offence and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All deposits made to a 999bk account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — including payments made on behalf of another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Payment method availability, minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and any applicable processing fees are determined by the operator's cashier configuration at the time of the transaction. These parameters may change without prior notice. Players should review the cashier section of the platform for current deposit options prior to initiating a transaction.

Deposited funds that have not been wagered and do not carry any active bonus restriction may be withdrawn subject to the verification requirements described in Section 4. Funds deposited in error or in excess of intended amounts should be reported to the support team immediately. 999bk accepts no liability for deposits made to incorrect account details provided by the Player.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be approved and processed:

• The Player's KYC verification must be fully completed and approved (see Section 4);
• No active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements may be present on the account at the time of the withdrawal request, unless the Player consents to forfeiture of outstanding bonus funds;
• The withdrawal method requested must match a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the account;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the account's available real-funds balance;
• The account must not be subject to any active investigation, hold, suspension or compliance review.

Processing times for approved withdrawals vary by payment method, the operator's batch processing schedule and any applicable compliance review. 999bk does not guarantee specific processing timelines. E-wallet and instant payment rail withdrawals are generally processed more quickly than bank transfer withdrawals, but no processing speed is guaranteed. Players should not interpret any indicative timeline as a contractual commitment.

999bk reserves the right to request additional documentation for high-value withdrawals or where suspicious activity indicators are present, consistent with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations under the operator's licence.

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets and loyalty rewards offered through the 999bk platform are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that accompany each individual offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Funds and tracked independently in the account balance display;
• Wagering requirements must be completed using Bonus Funds before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal;
• Where a wagering requirement is denominated in PKR, the stated multiplier applies to the bonus amount credited (e.g., a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in total wagers);
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash outside of meeting the applicable wagering requirement;
• 999bk reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has been credited, any outstanding wagering requirement will be waived and the remaining bonus balance will be removed;
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts or systematic exploitation of sign-up offers — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.

All sports bets and casino game outcomes on the 999bk platform are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product. The following general principles apply:

• Odds displayed for sports betting markets (cricket, PSL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events) are indicative at the time of display and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at which a bet is accepted are the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement;
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended, voided or settled at revised odds in circumstances including but not limited to technical errors, data feed interruptions, rule 4 deductions or changes in event status;
• Slot game RTP (Return to Player) percentages shown on the platform are illustrative ranges based on game provider specifications. Actual returns over any given session may vary materially from the stated RTP;
• Live casino games are governed by the rules of the respective game variant. Dealer decisions are final subject to the game provider's dispute resolution procedures;
• Winnings from any wager are credited to the Player's account balance upon settlement and are subject to the general withdrawal conditions in Section 6.

999bk reserves the right to void any wager in the event of a manifest error in odds, game configuration or payout calculation. Where a void is applied, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999bk platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity, age or contact information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial intelligence-based tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino or live betting products;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any activity that exploits non-public information in connection with sporting events;
• Systematic arbitrage or "bonus hunting" strategies designed to extract value from promotions without genuine recreational play intent;
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering);
• Using the platform in violation of any applicable law, regulation or court order in your jurisdiction;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, decompile or interfere with any component of the platform infrastructure.

All content on the 999bk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, game configurations, software and the overall platform design — is the proprietary property of 999bk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation from 999bk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999bk, its officers, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages of any nature;
• Platform downtime, technical errors, game interruptions or data feed failures beyond 999bk's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, applicable laws or the responsible gambling guidance provided on the platform;
• Decisions made by you in connection with your gambling activity, including losses incurred during normal play.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

999bk is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides the following player-controlled tools, accessible via the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly) — reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period;
• Session time reminders and automatic session cut-offs;
• Loss limits covering single-session and rolling period losses;
• Reality-check notifications displayed at configurable intervals during active play;
• Temporary cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Permanent self-exclusion — once applied, this restriction cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Where 999bk identifies behavioural indicators consistent with problem gambling — including but not limited to rapid, repeated deposits following losses, escalating wager sizes or requests to increase limits after recent large losses — the platform reserves the right to proactively apply responsible gambling interventions without requiring consent from the Player.

999bk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request;
• Discovery that the Player is ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms;
• Regulatory obligation or instruction from a competent authority;
• Player-initiated account closure request.

Upon account closure for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified Real Funds balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method used, subject to applicable AML procedures. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason.

A Player who wishes to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Account closure does not affect any self-exclusion application — self-exclusion restrictions remain in force even after voluntary closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

999bk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided through the platform (e.g., on-site notification, email to registered address, or prominent notice on the homepage). The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 999bk recommends checking this page before making any significant deposit or wager, particularly following receipt of any update notification.
